bishop allen 07/28/07
I had the great joy of seeing Bishop Allen a couple of times over the weekend. On Saturday they played at Haileys in Denton, and were kind enough to record a little exclusive track for Lullabyes a few hours before the show.
Recorded in a parking lot down the street from Haileys - Justin, Christian and Colly crowded round some stereo mics and played a stripped down acoustic version of Click Click Click Click against the gentle hum of traffic cruising down the nearby street.

Which parking lot?
intersection of locust and mulberry, on the same side of the street as haileys.
has a pink wall on one side of the lot.
Awesome, thanks!
Amazing... thanks so much for sharing this.

Thanks for posting this track. It was really great to see Bishop Allen, Page France and the Teeth last weekend. It was a fantastic show. Also, it was nice to be at a show where people actually looked happy and danced (as opposed to standing in back, looking jaded).
I wish I could have caught the Good Records show. What did they wind up playing?
just posted it!
